Leakage of oil found <br /> approximately on 515/12. Something hit the oil fillsr, made a gash and leaked hydraulic fluid into floor pit. Pit was <br /> clogged with ice. Pit flows to the outdoor sump located outside of the building which leads to the sewer system. <br /> Pipe line from floor pit to outdoor sump has no traces of oil. Water was flushed through pipe line. <br /> Employees used Simple Green and rags to clean pit. Generated approximately 75 gallons of melted ice water and <br /> oil stored into two 55 gallon properly labeled hazardous waste drums. <br /> Oil filter is hooked onto the ice block machinery. oil only runs when machine is on mode. No movements of oil if ice <br /> black machinery is not creating ice blocks. <br /> Per request of Pgr Cdr KF to follow up on spillage that occurred over weekend to ensure no spillage into sewer <br /> system. <br /> Spill cleanup Abated. <br /> Rev.04/19/12 Page 3 of 3 ER Record <br /> i <br />
