We have been working with Lt. Dennis <br /> DeAnda of the Department of Fish and Game to excavate and manifest the <br /> approximately 20'x20' contaminated area. This remediation will be completed by <br /> August 3, 2001. All free fuel oil was removed by July 31, 2001, and placed in two <br /> 20,000 gallon Baker Tanks located at the Regional Wastewater Treatment Facility at <br /> 2500 Navy Drive, Stockton. The contents of those tanks will be analyzed, excess fuel <br /> oil separated, removed and manifested. Wastewater meeting our discharge limits will <br /> be accepted at the POTW. The fill tube for the underground tank at 1130 S. Pilgrim is <br /> being sealed. Kent Miller, Fire Marshal of the Stockton Fire Department is working <br /> with San Joaquin County Department of Health Services and David Irey of the District <br /> Attorney's Office to addiess the finaldispositi6ld-of the f iel-dirtarik. — ----- — — ---�- <br /> Ramos Environmental Services will maintain the oil adsorbent booms at the following <br /> four (4) locations in the 7'x10' culvert: at both the east entrance and west exit, at San <br /> Joaquin Street and near East Anderson Street between the railroad tracks approximately <br /> 2000 feet from the east entrance. The boom will be monitored weekly and in <br /> approximately 30 days, confined space entry will be made and the culvert will be j <br /> inspected.
