Oro Ave., Stockton <br /> Confirming house in need of repair, needs roof and siding. <br /> The above referenced complaint was recently registered with this office confirming conditions, <br /> which may be violations of the Housing and Abatement Code of San Joaquin County and/or the <br /> San Joaquin County Ordinance Code. If these conditions exist as of this date of this letter, they <br /> are to be abated within thirty-days (30) from the date of this letter. Failure to implement <br /> immediate corrective action within the specified time period will result in legal action by this <br /> agency. You will also be liable for enforcement costs specified below. <br /> RECOVERY OF ENFORCEMENT COST <br /> Pursuant to Section 8-5400 County Ordinance Code, the County shall be reimbursed for all time, <br /> services and materials needed to abate a violation of the Division. The hourly rate used to <br /> compute time spent to investigate, document and abate a violation shall be the actual costs. The <br /> enforcement agency is entitled to recover all costs associated with the voluntary and involuntary <br /> abatement violations. <br /> PERMITS <br /> Where structural, electrical, plumbing or mechanical violations exist, you must request an <br /> inspection and obtain permits from the San Joaquin County Building Division (SJCBD) prior to <br /> rehabilitation.
