(COPY <br /> STOCKTON, CA 95205 <br /> Location: 1531 South Oro Avenue, Stockton Complaint# C00030008 <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has received a complaint alleging that you <br /> are responsible for violation(s) of the San Joaquin County Ordinance Code, Title 8, Division 5 at the above <br /> noted property. <br /> NATURE OF COMPLAINT: Occupied shed in rear with children. <br /> AUTHORITY: San Joaquin County Ordinance Code, Title 8, Division 5—California Health & Safety Code, <br /> State Housing Law, Section 17920.3 <br /> • Subsection n — Improper occupancy <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: If these allegations are valid, within ten (10) days from the date of receipt of <br /> this letter, take all corrective actions necessary to abate the substandard conditions. <br /> Please be advised that failure to implement the above noted corrective actions by the compliance <br /> date may result in further enforcement action by the EHD. All enforcement action costs are recovered <br /> as specified below. <br /> RECOVERY OF ENFORCEMENT COSTS <br /> Pursuant to San Joaquin County Ordinance Code Section 8-5400(a), "The County shall be reimbursed for all <br /> time, services and materials needed to abate a violation of this division." The current approved EHD hourly <br /> rate used to compute the cost of time spent to investigate, document and abate a violation is $105.00 per <br /> hour. <br /> PERMITS <br /> Where structural, electrical, plumbing, or mechanical violations exist, appropriate permits must be obtained <br /> from the San Joaquin County Building Division (SJCBD) prior to rehabilitation.
