(209) 331-7159 <br /> Program Element: 1600 - FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00041059 <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> ON 2/9/2016 ATAPPROXIMATELY 5:00 PM COMPLAINANT ALLEGES THAT THE PERSON SELLING FOOD IN THE <br /> HOT DOG BOOTH WAS HANDLING MONEY AND FOOD WITHOUT WASHING THEIR HANDS. SELLING COLD <br /> PEPPERONI PIZZA. COMPLAINANT STATED THAT THEY DID NOT SEE A SINK FOR THE WORKER TO WASH THEIR <br /> HANDS. NO ONE BECAME ILL <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7, <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM --LOCATION --TEMP°F --COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> I went to the facility and spoke with "Staycie"who was not aware of complaint prior to my visit. <br /> I observed "Meehleis" snack bar which is not open at this time. <br /> Snack bar is open during the winter sports season. <br /> Per"Staycie" pizza(Tony's) pizza, hot dogs, prepackaged candy, chips and snacks are sold. <br /> I did not observe a hand sink at facility at this time. <br /> Facility is to discontinue sales of non-prepackaged foods. <br /> If facility determines the need for non prepackaged foods. Operator to contact EHD for the plan check process. <br /> The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br /> Safety Code.
