The injury report lists 4405 Pacific Ave in Stockton as the <br /> worksite, and the web lists the Er's address as 4415 Pacific, so we could list both of them since they're <br /> probably the same or adjoining properties. <br /> Do we know if there's another work site at the 2324 Grand Canal address? From the web it looks like the Er's <br /> principal, Daniel J. Navone, is also a realtor (as mentioned in the attached handwritten notes) and <br /> Broker/Owner of Premier Real Estate Group and that appears to be his real estate office. That address might <br /> be useful for service on him but I'm not sure whether we should list that on the warrant as a site to inspect, <br /> unless there are other issues involving office workers' safety, WC or other records that might be housed at the <br /> real estate office, etc. Please let me know what you all think re this.
