Stockton <br /> At approx. 11:00am this morning, a warrant inspection was performed at Pacific Car Wash and Marketplace Inc. in <br /> Stockton. The inspection was based on an employee reported injury and referral from the San Joaquin District <br /> Attorney's Office. CHP Officers were present for inspection and anticipatory warrant service. <br /> The Employer's operation consists of approx. 25 employees. An automatic automobile car washing machine is used with <br /> hand drying. Detailing is also performed on the inside of the vehicles. <br /> The reported injury to an employee's hand was due to the owner instructing an employee to clean wheels while the <br /> automobile was moving on the conveyor. <br /> Two 1 BY(s)were issued on site for 4002 (shaft not guarded) and 3314 for(cleaning activities). Numerous general <br /> citations are expected to be issued. <br /> Inspection activities went without incident.
