Tamara also stated that she was in the process of getting <br /> estimates to have the car wash separator sludge analyzed and cleaned out. She said the job should <br /> be complete by March 31, 2015. Tamara said she would provide analytical results and disposal <br /> records for the sludge to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: <br /> Before removing sludge from the car wash equipment perform a hazardous waste determination as <br /> specified in Title 22 California Code of Regulations. After the sludge is removed provide analytical <br /> results and disposal records to the Environmental Health Department.
