Called Alex Steele who indicated the clean-up would be PE 2546 FLORIDO <br /> 18 min started today by onsite PG&E crew, but would be completed tomorrow by Dave SC 544 <br /> Larsen. Alex indicated Dave would take a sample of the transformer oil, which is <br /> labeled as non-PCB. <br /> 05/30/2018 Arrived on site and observed a transformer inside the Sandpiper apartment PE 2546 FLORIDO <br /> 90 min complex parking lot with visible staining on the soil surrounding the transformer. SC 544 <br /> No waterways or storm drains impacted. PG&E crew was on site to repair the <br /> transformer. PG&E began the clean-up using absorbent, which was placed in a <br /> drum to be taken to the PG&E Manteca facility. Clean up is not complete and is to <br /> be completed tomorrow by Dave Larsen of PG&E, according to Alex Steel of <br /> PG&E. Generated and emailed a Notice to Abate to Alex Steele of PG&E. <br /> 05/31/2018 Called and spoke to Alex Steele, to ask what time today Dave Larsen would be on PE 2546 FLORIDO <br /> 12 min site to finish clean-up. Alex indicated he is not sure if Dave Larsen will be finish the SC 544 <br /> clean-up today since there are a couple other PG&E emergencies he has to go to. <br /> Alex indicated he would call me to let me know once he knows whether or not the <br /> clean-up will be done today. <br /> 05/31/2018 Notification of Hazardous Waste Discharge. PE 2546 FLORIDO <br /> 30 min SC 203 <br /> 05/31/2018 Generated Emergency Response Record Form and site map PE 2546 FLORIDO <br /> 18 min SC 544 <br /> 06/01/2018 Generated and printed photo log. PE 2546 FLORIDO <br /> 18 min SC 544 <br /> 06/06/2018 Called and spoke to Alex Steele to get an update on the clean-up. Alex said the PE 2546 FLORIDO <br /> 6 min clean-up has not been performed yet, but will hopefully get done this week. Alex is SC 544 <br /> going to check in the Dave Larsen's schedule to find out when Dave will have time <br /> to do this clean-up. Alex indicated that he thins the oil sample analytical has been <br /> received, and he will provide it to me once he finds it. <br /> 06/06/2018 Received a call from Alex Steele who notified me the clean-up will be conducted PE 2546 FLORIDO <br /> 12 min tomorrow morning by Dave Larsen and himself. I told Alex Steele I would be at the SC 544 <br /> site at 9:30AM. Alex agreed. <br /> Received another call from Alex Steele notifying me the clean-up would not <br /> happen until Friday morning, since Dave Larsen has to take tomorrow off work. <br /> 06/08/2018 On site and witnessed Dave Larsen and Alex Steele of PG&E complete the spill PE 2546 FLORIDO <br /> 90 min clean-up. Two 20 gallon drums were filled with oil contaminated soil. The clean-up SC 544 <br /> is complete. Dave and Alex indicated that the waste would be taken to the PG&E <br /> facility at 10901 E. Hwy 120 in Manteca. Dave and Alex indicated they would get <br /> me the oil sample analytical to show the oil is non-PCB. Left site. <br /> 06/08/2018 Generated photo log of clean-up. PE 2546 FLORIDO <br /> 18 min SC 544 <br /> 06/13/2018 Emailed Alex Steele for the sample analytical results. Received and reviewed PE 2546 FLORIDO <br /> 12 min analytical results, which came back as non-detect for PCBs. SC 544 <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
