DECONTAMINATION <br /> Gross contamination will be removed from the equipment prior to leaving the site. Cleaning <br /> materials may include trisodiurn phosphate or Alconox cleanser and pressurized hot water <br /> (steam cleaner). Rinsate would be collected, containerized, labeled, and left on-site pending <br /> chemical testing. <br /> STORAGE AND DISPOSAL OF SOIL AND FLUIDS <br /> The soil would be placed on the existing stockpile and would be covered with Visqueen. <br /> Rinsate would be placed in D.O.T. approved sealed, labeled containers pending chemical <br /> testing. After an evaluation of chemical test data, appropriate treatment and/or disposal <br /> alternatives will be discussed with both the client and San Joaquin County personnel. <br /> EMERGENCY RESPONSE <br /> In extreme emergencies which require immediate aid, dial 911 . The nearest emergency <br /> medical facility is St. Joseph's Medical Center of Stockton located at 1800 North California <br /> Street (refer to attached map); emergency phone number 467-5303.
