Proceed north on Buena Vista for 2 blocks. <br /> 2. Turn right(east)on Monte Diablo <br /> 3. Bear right at the fork on Picardy which become Acacia and proceed 10 blocks <br /> 4. The hospital is on the right at the corner of Acacia&Lincoln <br /> II. Workers Health and Safety Protocols <br /> ' Work Space Safety <br /> The perimeter of the work space should, if possible, be 20 feet from the drilling activity. All work <br /> performed in publicly accessible areas will have a working perimeter to be marked by brightly <br /> colored delineators. No unauthorized personnel will be allowed access into the work space. The <br /> project supervisor will coordinate all field activities and maintain the safest possible working <br /> environment at all times. If an emergency occurs, the supervisor will immediately contact the proper <br /> authorities(listed above) <br /> Skin and Head Protection <br /> ' Disposable suits, boots, and gloves will be worn when the working conditions require such <br /> precautions. Disposable Nitrile gloves will be worn at all times during soil and groundwater <br /> sampling. Used disposable clothing will be properly discarded at the end of each working day. <br /> tRespiratory Protection <br /> Half face respirators will be available for use should the situation warrant their use. If these are not <br /> adequate protection for conditions experienced, the site will be closed until appropriate respiratory <br /> ' protection is obtained.
