Also,this permit included thJ220 feet of remote fill piping <br /> associated with the diesel tank. The tanks were in compliance 'with underground storage tank <br /> ! requirements prior to submittal of the application to remove the tanks and product piping. <br /> On December 20, 1990, PHS/£HD witnessed the removal of the gasoline and diesel tanks and <br /> the associated product piping. On December 21, 1990, PHS/EHD witnessed the continued <br /> compliance sampling associated with the removals. <br /> � P <br /> I have enclosed a copy of the A and B permits issued by PHS/EHD on August 29, 1988 and the <br /> $ tank removal permit issued by PHS/EHD on November 7; 1990.
