San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division <br /> (PHS/EHD) has reviewed and commented on the "Work Plan for Installation of <br /> Monitoring Well" for Stagg High School, "Work Plan for Installation of Monitoring <br /> Well" for Franklin High School, "Work Plan for Soil Investigation" for Edison High <br /> School, and "Work Plan for Soil Investigation" for SUSD Corporation Yard dated <br /> February 6, 1998 prepared by Helmick/Lerner Engineering and Environmental <br /> Services in a letter dated March 25, 1998. Work has yet to commence at any of the <br /> sites to date. <br /> Mr. Noel Lerner of Helmick/Lerner Engineering and Envriornmental Services stated <br /> in a telephone conversation on October 28, 1998, that you are currently seeking bids <br /> for the proposed work from various contractors in order to remain eligible for <br /> reimbursement under the State Underground Storage Tank Cleanup Fund. <br /> The proposed work at each site is to commence no later than December 31, 1998.
