Weber Street, Third Floor
1 Stockton, California 95202
Subject: Supplemental Subsurface Investigation at Stagg High School, 1621 Brookside Road,
' Stockton, California
Dear W. Wong:
' ATC Associates Inc. has completed the Supplemental Subsurface Investigation of the above
referenced site. The attached report summarizes our activities and findings. Based on the
analytical results and field observations, soil and groundwater beneath the site around the former
underground storage tank show no further impact from petroleum hydrocarbons.
1 In the judgment of ATC, additional groundwater monitoring appears appropriate to confirm the
absence of petroleum hydrocarbons in groundwater. If this additional monitoring does confirm
that petroleum hydrocarbons are not present in the groundwater, then ATC will recommend the
' site for closure.
If you should have any questions or comments regarding this report or our recommendations, please
1 feel free to call us at your convenience at (209) 579-2221.
' Respectfully submitted,
ATC Associates Inc.
A91John e'llman
Geologist V .
rp
Jeanne Hornsey, P.E.
' CA Registered Civil Engineer No. 47410
rZS. "~
cc: Mr. Butch Schmidt, Stockton Unified School District
' Mr. Mark List, RWQCB
I
