Weber Street, Third Floor <br /> Stockton, California 95202 <br /> Subject: Third Quarter 2000 Groundwater Monitoring Report and Well Survey, Stagg High <br /> School, 1621 Brookside Road, Stockton, California <br /> i <br /> Dear Mr. Wong: <br /> ATC Associates Inc., on behalf of the Stockton Unified School District, has prepared this letter <br /> to serve as a Third Quarter 2000 Monitoring report for the subject site (Figure 1). <br /> INTRODUCTION <br /> ATC's activities during the Third Quarter of 2000 included monitoring water levels and <br /> collecting groundwater samples from on-site monitoring well MW 1, analyzing the collected <br /> groundwater samples for petroleum hydrocarbon constituents, and preparation of this quarterly <br /> report. The location of the well is shown on Figure 3. <br /> GROUNDWATER MONITORING <br /> Groundwater Monitoring and Sampling <br /> On September 8, 2000, ATC personnel conducted quarterly monitoring and sampling at the <br /> above referenced site. The well was monitored, purged, and sampled in accordance with ATC's <br /> Site Safety Plan and Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan (QA/QC Plan) submitted to <br /> PHS/EHD on February 1, 1999. <br /> The groundwater level in the monitoring well was measured at 12.09 feet below grade, indicating <br /> a drop in the water table of 1.29 feet since water depth was last measured in June 2000.
