Weber Street, Third Floor <br /> Stockton, California 95202 <br /> Subject: Third Quarter 1999 Groundwater Monitoring Report, Stagg High School, 1621 <br /> Brookside Road, Stockton, California <br /> Dear Mr. Wong: <br /> ATC Associates Inc., on behalf of the Stockton Unified School District, has prepared this letter <br /> to serve as a Third Quarter 1999 Monitoring report for the subject site (Figure 1). <br /> INTRODUCTION <br /> ATC's activities during the Third Quarter of 1999 included monitoring water levels and <br /> collecting groundwater samples from on-site monitoring well MW-1, analyzing the collected . <br /> groundwater samples for petroleum hydrocarbon constituents, and preparation of this quarterly <br /> report. Additionally, soil and water generated during the installation and development of MW1, <br /> was transported off-site for treatment/disposal. <br /> GROUNDWATER MONITORING <br /> Groundwater Monitoring and Sampling <br /> On July 29, 1999, ATC personnel conducted quarterly monitoring and sampling at the above <br /> referenced site. The well was monitored, purged, and sampled in accordance with ATC's Site <br /> Safety Plan and Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan (QA/QC Plan) submitted to PHS/EHD <br /> on February 1, 1999. <br /> The groundwater level in the monitoring well was 11.95 feet below grade, indicating a decrease <br /> in the water table of 2 feet since water depth was last measured in February 1999.
