f • i <br /> LF 1875 <br /> July 31, 1990 <br /> WORK PLAN <br /> INSTALLATION AND SAMPLING OF TWO ADDITIONAL <br /> SHALLOW GBR OKSIDEDEVELOPMENT <br /> EGPROPERTYWELLS N AREA 1 <br /> STOCKTON, CALIFORNIA <br /> INTRODUCTION <br /> At the request of the Grupe Development Company of Northern <br /> California ("the Client") , Levine-Fricke has prepared this Work <br /> Order to install two additional shallow ground-water <br /> tmonitorhe iSiteg <br /> wells in Area 1 of the Brookside Development Site <br /> Area 1 is located approximately 1-1/2 miles west of Interstate 5 <br /> and one-third mile south of West Brookside Road, adjacent to the <br /> Calaveras River levee in Stockton (Figure 1) . <br /> Previous Investigations <br /> The following documents prepared by Levine-Fricke describing <br /> previous investigations of Area 1 performed by Levine-Fricke were <br /> used to prepare this Work Plan. These documents include: <br /> "Environmental Site Assessment Report, Brookside <br /> Development Site, San Joaquin County, <br /> California, " <br /> dated December 8, 1988 <br /> • "Draft Report on the Investigation and Excavation of <br /> Petroleum-Affected Soils, Brookside Property, Stockton, <br /> California, " dated November 30, 1988 <br /> "Report of Soil and Ground-Water Investigations During <br /> January 1990 in Area 1, the Northeastern Ripkin <br /> Property, and the Tsutsui Property of the Brooksid990. <br /> Development, Stockton, California, " dated May 2, <br /> Area 1, which was previously investigated by Levine-Fricke during <br /> November 1988 and January 1990, includes the former locations of <br /> two 500-gallon underground gasoline tanks (former Tanks 1 and 2 <br /> on Figure 2) . These tanks were excavated and removed at the time <br /> of the November 1988 investigation. <br /> 1 <br />
