EI Dorado St, <br /> Stockton in San Joaquin County. CalRecycle staff have determined on May 8, 2015, <br /> that the application conforms to applicable requirements of Title 14, California Code of <br /> Regulations (14 CCR) Section 18423(b), and we are accepting the application package <br /> as complete. <br /> Design or operation associated with the application package are not sanctioned until <br /> approved by CalRecycle via the issuance of the WTFP.
