The <br /> first is to delete the portion of condition 1.b.that reads"(no outdoor storage of tires or TDA)".The second Is <br /> to modify condition of approval 2.k. from "outdoor storage of TDA is not allowed In flood fringe areas" to <br /> "outdoor storage of TDA Is limited to the dry season as defined by the State Water Resource Control Board". <br /> This property Is not under Williamson Act contract.
