During the manifest review part of the inspection, it was discovered that between 8/7/12 and 10/2/12, 18 manifests used this facility's TPID (1608939-01) as a hauler. However this facility's TPID is not registered as a hauler. This issue was documented as an "area of concern" during a re-inspection conducted on 2/4/11.
