Environmental Health Department <br /> SAN JOAQUIN <br /> - C0LJNIY-- <br /> Complaint Record Daily Time and Activity Summary from 2/6/2018 to <br /> 2/9/2018 for C00045738 located at <br /> 3021 REYNOLDS RANCH PKWY <br /> Activily Date Recorded by <br /> 02/07/2018 An evacuation occurred at a Blue Shield Office due to a release of a fire PE 2546 FOLEY <br /> 18 min suppression system in the computer server room. The release of all the contents SC 007 <br /> of the suppression chemical, approximately 1,800 lbs., caused the building <br /> occupants to self-evacuate. The chemical, Sinorix 227, is similar to a Halon <br /> system according to the Lodi Fire Dept. No occupants experienced any symptoms <br /> so nobody sought medical attention. The Lodi Fire Department arrived and used <br /> multiple fans to evacuate the chemical out of the building which took <br /> approximately two and a half hours. After the Lodi Fire Department monitored the <br /> entire building, they turned it back over to the facility to allow reentry. <br /> Page 1 of 1 <br />
