This
matter is of great concern to the Escalon Sportsmans Club. Due to the serious nature of the
complaint a map will not suffice.
You have issued abatement orders to Escalon Sportsmans Club. We want attempt to comply
and communicate with you and your office. Your non response to my email complicates this.
The orders you issued states "Imediate'" and "Within 30 days" We are doing our best to comply
with your agency orders. Your not responding.
It will be necessary to have your agency meet with Escalon Sportsmans Club officials to
determine and mark what areas described in your abatement order are considered "hazardouse
waste' on the Escalon Sportsmans Club property. Please call or email when a meeting is
possible
Your timely response is appreciated
Pete Gaarde President Escalon Sportsman Club
209-480-8411
2
