On January 4, 2017, a representative of <br /> the EHD visited the subject property and observed lead shots migrating to offsite areas. A Notice to <br /> Abate concerning this lead contamination was issued to the subject site after the site inspection. A <br /> Proposition 65 notification was prepared and provided to the subject site owner and the clerk of the San <br /> Joaquin county board of supervisors. At this time, the Escalon Sportsman Club is working toward <br /> addressing and mitigating the offsite lead migration. <br /> It is unclear if any lead contamination has migrated to your parcel, and this letter is being provided for <br /> informational purposes only. Attached please also find a parcel map showing the location of the Escalon <br /> Sportsman Club in relation to your property.
