I can and do herby certify and declare that the owners of the property are aware of the pending closure as the Declaration recites. The Declaration identifies the owners and reflects the awareness of the pending closure and imposes certain restrictions upon the owners in regard future transactions. It has been executed and returned to the Board and I believe their executive secretary has signed it and it has now been delivered to our local real estate agent for recordation. I am hopeful that this letter's certification as supported by that Declaration will satisfy your requirements. The real estate agent is Darren McFadden who is associated with Lee& Associates.
