'h , <br /> t. An "Underground Storage Tank Unauthorized Release (Leak)/Cotitaminap ted Site Report"has not been filed <br /> for this site nor is it considered contaminated. However, if you find site closure certification is necessary, <br /> PHS/EHD would not be able to provide it without further site investigation . <br /> �P E <br /> Should you wish to further investigate your facility,PHS/EHD has been designated by the State of California <br /> Water Resources Control Board as the local agency overseeing the investigation of Ieaking UST's.
