i J 77 l a Site Chronology 612 Buena Vista, Stockton LOP: 1714 APN: 13508003 ' 02/20/87 On this date a 1,000 gallon gasoline underground storage tank (UST) was removed and soil samples were collected for analysis. . 9: 02/18/94 The date of the Environmental Health Department (EHD) letter informing the responsible party (RP) that due to the elevated detection limits for the soil samples collected and analyzed at the time of the UST removal the EHD would not provide a closure letter. 02/07/05 The date of an Environmental Assessment work plan for the former UST area and brine pit. 02/25/05 Three GeoProbe borings were completed this date, with probe B3 in the former UST area. 03/09/05 The date of the Soil Boring Installation Report that showed soil and groundwater contamination in samples from probe B3. 03/18/05 The date of the Unauthorized Release Report'and the Notification of Hazardous Waste Discharge filed by EHD. 04/27/05 The date the site was placed in the Local Oversight Program and a Notice of Responsibility was sent to the RP. 05/17/05 The date of an EHD letter requiring submittal of a work plan to define the extent of the contamination. 12/01/05 On this date four monitoring wells were installed and soil and ground water was collected for analysis. 03/14/06 The date of the Report on the Soil Boring :,and Monitoring Well installation describing the work performed in December 2005. 02/22/07 On this date EHD approved the work plan for additional GeoProbe borings in the area of MW1 to define 'the extent of soil and ground water gasoline contamination, destruction of MW1 and installation of MW1 R. 03/09/07 GeoProbe borings B4 through B8 were completed on this date. 03/22/07 The date of the Site Characterization Report describing the work completed in March 2007. 06/01/07 The date of the EHD letter approving the corrective action plan (CAP)for soil excavation and dewatering the excavation.
