Former Tesoro Terminal - 3 - 14 August 2006
1700 South River Road
Yolo County
3. None of the reports submitted thus far have any tidal data or discussion if tidal
influence may affect the migration of chlorides and TDS at the site. Please provide
tidal data in the next quarterly monitoring report and provide an assessment
regarding any tidal influence on the local groundwater.
4. Data indicates a clear impact from the brine pit as concentrations are elevated when
compared to B-1 and ship channel water. The chloride and TDS plume will require
further delineation when background levels for chloride and TDS have been
established.
5. Although levels of chloride and TDS have been decreasing in all monitoring wells
since use of the brine piias stopped, quartefig groundwater monitoring will need to
continue until further notice.
6.
