The scope of work <br />' comprised the following: <br /> The installation of three machine-drilled soil borings to a total depth of ]6 feet <br />' below ground surface. <br /> o The collection of soil and groundwater samples from the borings. <br />' o Analysis of one soil and one groundwater sample for Total Petroleum <br /> Hydrocarbons as Gasoline, and for Benzene, Toluene, Ethyl Benzene and Xylene, <br /> (BTEX) and the gasoline additive, MTBE. <br /> This work was completed pursuant to a Work Plan approved by you on February 16, 2005. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Geo-Phase vironmentalInc. <br /> Stephen M.
