Monitoring Well Installation Report - Third Quarter 2009 <br /> STRONG PROPERTY <br /> 5157 West Business Loop 205,Tracy,California <br /> 1.0. INTRODUCTION <br /> At the request of Messrs. Robert and Mike Strong,Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (AGE) has <br /> prepared this well installation report for the property located at 5157 West Business Loop 205, <br /> Tracy,California.The scope of work included the installation of one ground water monitoring well, <br /> development and sampling of the newly installed well,and preparation of this report. The site and <br /> the surrounding area are illustrated on Figure 1. Structures and monitoring well locations are <br /> illustrated on Figure 2. Quarterly monitoring data from July 1998 to present is summarized in the <br /> tables of this report. Historical site investigation information is summarized in Appendix A. <br /> All field work procedures and reporting requirements are in accordance with guidelines issued by <br /> the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB) for subsurface <br /> investigations of underground storage tank(UST) sites and guidelines issued by the San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD) for sampling of ground water monitoring <br /> wells. <br /> 2.0. PROCEDURES <br /> On 28 August 2009, soil boring MW-13 was advanced at the site. Field work was performed as <br /> outlined in the AGE-prepared Monitoring Well Installation Work Plan -September 2008, dated 12 <br /> September 2008 and approvedby SJCEHD letters,dated 19 September 2008 and 10 December 2008. <br /> On 08 September 2009, monitoring well MW-13 was developed, monitored and sampled. <br /> Monitoring was performed in accordance with AGE's standard monitoring and sampling procedures, <br /> provided in Appendix B. Field data and logs are provided in Appendix C. <br /> 2.1. DRILLING AND SAMPLING <br /> On 28 August 2009, soil boring MW-13 was advanced at the site. The soil boring was advanced <br /> using a Marl M-10 drill rig,equipped with 8.25-inch diameter hollow-stem augers.The drill rig and <br /> two-man crew were supplied by Gregg Drilling and Testing,Inc.Auger returns generated by drilling <br /> were stored on-site in labeled, 55-gallon Department of Transportation(DOT)-approved drums. <br /> Soil samples were not collected during drilling activities. <br /> Advanced CeoEnvironmental,Inc. <br />
