28 September 2009
AGE-NC Project No. 98-0440
• On 08 September 2009,the depth to ground water in well MW-13 was 11.40 feet below the
well casing top (Table 1).
• TPH-g and BTEX were not detected above laboratory reporting limits in the ground water
sample set collected from well MW-13.
Current and previous analytical results are summarized in Tables 2 and 3. The laboratory report
(CTEL Project Number 0909048), quality assurance/quality control report, and chain-of-custody
forms are included in Appendix E. GeoTracker confirmation numbers 7281988859, 7953802824,
3800310432, and 6639751613 confirm the upload of the submitted depth to water, laboratory
electronic deliverable format(EDF)files, the boring log for MW-13,and the revised site plan to the
Geotracker system.
4.0. CONCLUSIONS
Based on the data collected during this investigation,AGE concludes:
• On 08 September 2009, TPH-g and BTEX were not detected above laboratory reporting
limits in the ground water sample set collected from well MW-13.
• The lateral and vertical extent of the dissolved petroleum hydrocarbon plume has been
defined.
5.0. RECOMMENDATIONS
Based on the findings of this investigation,AGE recommends:
• Monitoring and sampling of MW-13 on 08 October 2009,as discussed by e-mail with EHD
personnel on 17 September 2009.
• Preparation of a closure summary report as directed by SJCEHD letter, dated 15 June 2009.
Advanced GeoEnvlronmentxl,Inc.
