Quarterly monitoring data from ri <br /> July 199.8 to the,present is summarized in the tables of this report. Historical site investigation <br /> ,,information is summarized in Appendix A. GeoTracker confirmation pages of the submitted'depth <br />' to water and:laboratory electronic deliverable format (EDF) files are included in Appendix B. <br /> 2.0. PROCEDURES <br />' On•2`l June 2004;twelve monitoring,wells (MW-1 through MW=12) and two domestic water wells ' <br /> (DW5157 and,DW5055) were purged and sampled.' All field work procedures and ,reporting <br /> ` requirements are in accordance with guidelines issued by the Central Valley.Regional Water Quality . <br /> Control Board(CVRWQCB)'for'subsurface investigations of underground storage tank(UST)sites <br /> and guidelines issued by San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD)for sampling, <br />' of ground water monitoring,wells. <br /> 2.1.` WELL MONITORING AND PURGING <br /> On 2l Ji.me-2004,monitoring wells MW-1 through MW=12 and,domestic water wells DW5157 and <br /> DW50551were purged and sampled A Solinst water level meter'was used,to measure the depth to. ! <br /> ground water to`the'nearest 0'.01-foot in the twelve'nionitoring wells relative to the'tops of the well ' <br /> casings The ground watereleyations and gradient,were determined from these data.(Table 1): <br />' r ; •After recording wAte r"level`measurements, new disposable plastic bailers'were used to purge each <br /> � monitoring•;well°!of standing,.water. Between.-'six and eight gallons of.water' .(a minimum= of _ <br /> -; Casing,wafer volumes per well);were removed"from each well.Ground water temperature,pH and <br />'. conductivity were measured at regular,intervals during purging using an Oakton water.analyzen To <br /> -,'purge DW5157 and DW5055,•a.hose bib was opened on the.water storage tank.
