(AGE) has- " <br />' prepared this',quarterly report for,the property located at 5157.West Business 'Loop ,205Tracy, <br /> California. The scope of work included ground water sampling of monitoring wells MW 1',through• <br /> MW9, domestic well DW5157 and preparatibii of this report. The site and the surrounding area are <br /> illustrated,in-Figure f. Structures and monitoring well locations are illustrated on Figures 1gu g gores 2 and 3. • <br /> Quarterly monitoring data from July 1998 to the present is summarized in Tables 1 and 2.of.this <br /> report. . , : <br /> 2.0. PROCEDURES <br /> 1 <br /> Nine monitoring wells and one domestic well were purged and sampled on 1 S September 2003.All <br /> fieldwork procedures and reporting requirements are in accordance with'guidelihes issued by the <br /> Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board(CVRWQCB).for subsurface investigations <br /> of underground storage tank (LIST) sites andguidelines' issued 'by San.'Joaquin County <br />' Environmental Health Department (EHD) for samplirig of ground water monitoring wells. ; <br />' 2.1. WELL,14oNrroRING AND PURGING <br /> On IS September 2003, monitoring 'wells MW-1 through MW-9 and DW5157 were purged and <br /> sampled. Duc'to construction activities.perfo med'at the'site, well MW10 could not be located for <br /> the third consecutive quarter and subsequently.was not monitored or sampled.'A Solinst water level <br /> rmeter was used,to measure the depth to ground water`to'the nearest 0.01=foot' the eight monitoring <br /> wells relative to the tops of-.the well casings: The ground water elevations and gradient were <br /> determined from these data(Table 1). <br /> tAfter recordingwater level measurements;new disposable plastic bailers were used to purge each , <br /> monitoring well 'of standing, water.'Between 6.00 and 8.50 gallons 'of water (a-minimum'of <br /> 3 casing-water volumes per well)were removed from each well.Ground water temperature,pH and <br /> conductivity were measured at regular intervals during purging-using an Oakton�water analyzer.To <br /> purge DW5157, a Bose bib was.opened on the•water•storage'tank.
