WELL MONITORING AND EVACUATION
Sampling of ground water monitoring wells' MW1 through MW6 and DW5157 occurred on, .
07 December'2001.'A Solinst..water level meter was used'to measure the depth to ground water.in
the six.monitoririg well's relative to the tops of the welf6asings. The ground water'elevations and "
gradientwere determined from these data(Table 1}.
After recording water level measurements, new.disposable plastic, bailers were used-to purge each
I monitoring well of standing water. Approximately 5:5. to $ gallons of water'(a minimum of 3 .
casing-water volumes per well)were removed.from each well:Ground water temperature, pH and
conductivity were measured.at regular intervals during purging using ani Oakton water analyzer.
IFieldsheets and data are'included in Appendix. A.- Purged water was stored on-site in labeled,
55-gallon"Department of Transportation (DOT)-approved drums.,
Advanced Gco.Environmentat,Inc.
