Ground Water Monitoring Report- Fourth Quarter 2001 . STRONG PROPERTY . 5157 West Business Loop,205, Tracy, California J. INTRODUCTION. K, At the request of Mr. Mike Strong, Advanced GeoEnvironinental, Iric: (AGE) has.prepared,this ' quarterly report for,the property located at 5157 West Business Loop 205, Tracy, California. The scope of work completed during the quarter included groundwater monitoring and sampling of monitoring wells MW 1 through MW6 and the domestic well located 5157 West Business Loop 205 ' (DW5157); and preparation of this report. The site, and the surrounding area are illustrated in - Figure 1. Structures and monitoring well locations are illustrated on Figures 2 and 3. Background information for-the site,is summarized in the AGE-prepared document titled Additional . .Site Assessment Work Plan'Addendum, dated 01•.July 2000: Quarterly monitoring data from July " ' _1998 to the present is summarized in Tables 1'and 2 of this report. 2.0. PROCEDURES , All field work procedures and reporting requirements are in accordance with guidelines issued by 'lie ' the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB) for subsurface - investigations of underground storage tank(UST)sites and guidelines issued by San Joaquin County' Public Health Services=Environmental Health Division(PHS-EHD) for sampling of ground water ' monitoring wells. WELL MONITORING AND EVACUATION Sampling of ground water monitoring wells' MW1 through MW6 and DW5157 occurred on, . 07 December'2001.'A Solinst..water level meter was used'to measure the depth to ground water.in the six.monitoririg well's relative to the tops of the welf6asings. The ground water'elevations and " gradientwere determined from these data(Table 1}. After recording water level measurements, new.disposable plastic,bailers were used-to purge each I monitoring well of standing water. Approximately 5:5. to $ gallons of water'(a minimum of 3 . casing-water volumes per well)were removed.from each well:Ground water temperature, pH and conductivity were measured.at regular intervals during purging using ani Oakton water analyzer.
