GeoTracker_confirmation pages of the submitted depth_..: f. to water and laboratory electronic deliverable.format-(EDF) files are'included in Appendix.B: : . 2.0: '-;PROCEDURES = :: On 31 December 2004,twelve monitoring wells(MW-t"through MW-12)and two-domestic water ,swells(DW5157 and DW5055)were purged and'sampled.All field work procedures and.reporting requirements are in-accordance with guidelines issued by the Central-V.alley Regional.Water Quality Control,Board B)oard(CVRWQCfor subsurface inves`tigatioris of underground storage tank-(U S T)sites _ and guidelines issued by San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD)for.sampling of ground water monitoring wells. 2.1. WELL MONITORING AND PURGING' a _ -,On 3 I'December 2004;monitoring wells MW-l-through MW-12 and domestic water wells DW5.157. - W "_ andDW5055 were purged and sampled A Soli water level meter-was used to measure the depth to,groundwater to the nearest 0.01-foot in the twelve monitoring wells relative to the,tops of the well casings. The ground water elevations and gradient were determined from these data(Table-l): w .-After recording water level-measurements,, new disposable plastic bailers were,used to-purge each'. monitoring well'of standing,,water..Between four, and,eight gallons of water-(a minimum of: _ 3 casing-water volumes.per well)were removed from each well. Ground water temperature,"pH and conductivity were measured at regular intervals during purging-using an Oakton water.analyzer. To µ purge.DW5157.and DW5055, a-hose bib,was opened on the water storage tank. The pump was:, r- allowed to cycle on acid off for approximately 15 minutes: -Field sheets and data are included in Appendix C.
