SANJ O A Q U I N Environmental Health Department <br /> —COUNTY— <br /> Complaint Record Daily Time and Activity Summary from 3/3/2012 to <br /> 8/3/2030 for C00045217 located at <br /> Activity Date Recorded by <br /> 12/06/2017 Went to facility to follow up on complaint with Michelle Henry. Bill B was on site to PE 2250 HO <br /> 240 min walk inspectors around the facility to observe area mentioned in complaint. He SC 004 <br /> stated that the water trucks are spraying water from his RO tanks and processing <br /> water and that it would not contain water contaminated with oil. Asked Bill for <br /> receipts by EBMud for the past year, disposal and waste analysis from sludge <br /> near canal where oily water was observed, and monitoring well results to be sent <br /> to EHD for further review before complaint can be closed or referred to a different <br /> unit. <br /> 12/06/2017 Complaint investigation, could not verify water being sprayed was contaminated PE 2250 HENRY <br /> 360 min with oil. Bill stated they are spraying water from trucks. I asked him to contact SC 004 <br /> RWOCB to ensure ok. Complaint abated to file. <br /> Page 1 of 1 <br />
