Section Ave„ Stockton, CA Complaint# C00044180 <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has received a complaint <br /> alleging the following housing violation(s) at the above noted property. <br /> NATURE OF COMPLAINT: Family of two residing in one residence. Two electrical meters, <br /> only one is being used. Power cutting out. Restroom not sturdy. Rats, roaches, and trash. <br /> If these complaint allegations are valid and the violations are present, please take the <br /> following corrective actions. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Within ten (10) days from the date of receipt of this letter, take <br /> all corrective actions necessary to abate the substandard conditions, including obtaining any <br /> required permits from the Community Development Department. <br /> Please contact the staff person indicated below to inform them of the status of the complaint <br /> allegations (valid or not valid) and any corrective actions taken, or to be taken, if applicable. <br /> Please be advised that failure to correct substandard housing violations may result in further <br /> enforcement action by the EHD.
