Please review <br />the following: <br />#105- We have located a certified waste hauler by the name of Red Fox that will now be hauling <br />our filters. It is not scheduled to be picked up till the 3rd week of October. As soon as we get <br />the manifest, we will send proof that this is being hauled as hazardous waste to a certified <br />waste hauler. <br />#110 — As instructed, we have signed up for the Basic Hazardous WM Class for November 17, <br />2015. We tried to get in earlier, but the classes were all booked. Once I have completed the <br />course, I will facilitate the hazardous training class for all the employees by the end of <br />November. We will submit a copy of the roster and the syllabus by the end of November. <br />#111 — As instructed we have provided a copy of our personnel training records per <br />requirements. it is not fully completed as we will have our training by the end of November. <br />#114 — We have located generator manifest 006155854FLE and have mailed it to DTSC. We <br />have attached a copy of the manifest for your filing purposes. <br />#403 — The container in question has been properly closed. A picture is enclosed for your <br />records. <br />#407- The container in question has been properly marked as empty. A picture is enclosed for <br />your records. <br />#605 — The containers in question have been properly labeled.
