We <br />have attached a copy of the correct EPA going forward. <br />#128 — We have attached the Used Oil Recycling receipts that we were able to locate. <br />#301 — The oil and used absorbent was cleaned and disposed of properly in a 55 gallon <br />hazardous drum. This will be closely monitored and maintained on a regular basis. <br />#602/603/604—The satellite used oil container and satellite anti -freeze container was disposed <br />of by CleanTech Environmental. Attached are copies of the manifests for both the used oil and <br />anti -freeze. Both satellite containers have been properly labeled and dated. <br />#610 — The used oil filter in the open coffee can has been properly disposed of in a closed <br />hazardous container. <br />#902 & #907 — The basket of waste aerosol cans have been disposed of in a 55 gallon hazardous <br />waste bin. Attached is a picture of the Hazardous waste bin in the place of the basket.
