Please find the following photographs showing the waste oil tank and the waste <br />antifreeze tank removed from our secondary storage area at the back of our site at 1016 S <br />Wilson Way. I have also included a photograph of our shear area with the excavator as <br />you requested. <br />#49. Written training program and training records. We have a written Hazardous <br />Materials Communication Plan for our new employees and we have employee safety <br />meetings quarterly where we go over this material at least once every year. Acme is to <br />retain a sign in sheet with the name and job title of each employee. Wayne Crawford and <br />I have done the training in previous years. I have been looking into having Arron Ortiz <br />of WGR Southwest, Inc. take over our annual trainings. WGR has completed our SPCC <br />plan, which I can send you e-mail as an attachment, upon your request. We will be <br />monitoring our tanks and recording our findings. <br />999. We have had Pacific Resource Recovery pick up our paint waste. We have <br />decided to discontinue our paint can puncher. We are now going to ,store our <br />empty cans in a hazardous waste 55 -gallon drum, and keep it labeled and <br />covered.
