TRUCK PARTS & FEEiVED
EQUIPMENT INC.
JUL 12 2011
ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH
PERMIT/SERVICES
July 8, 2011
ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT
SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY
JEFF WONG, REHS
600 E. MAIN STREET
Stockton, Ca. 95202-3029
Dear Mr. Wong,
Please find the following Certification Of Return To Compliance, which I have signed
and dated. We have completed all of the vioations except for #31 & #49, which you have
cited us for. We are working on these two problems and I will mail you an update on
them, as we complete them.
#7. We have identified the containers in 4 areas you have pointed out to me. Gear shop
driveline shop, engine storage area, and engine dyno shop. The reusable oil in the
containers is to be covered, and the waste oils to be drained daily with the containers
marked " drain daily". The contaminated products have been identified and disposed of
properly. Our shear slab has been sorted and cleaned. The dismantling shop (not the
engine shop) parts cleaner is empty of solvent (it was at the time of your inspection).
#7 (repeat) We have cleaned off the lathe, and will correct this problem of recycling our
metal shavings. I have checked with our waste hauler IWU, and they will accept the
small amount of metal shavings from our bead blaster that we generate. We will update
our written training program to include this waste stream into our 3 ringed drums, which
they already are picking up.
#11. We have cleaned up our shear slab and the engine shop cement floor.
# 18. I have contacted our paint waste hauler, Pacific Resource Recovery. They have
picked up our paint waste. (See response on 4999).
20. Labels have been applied to the sump waste, and the soiled grease sweep. Our hauler
has been called to pick up these drums.
Trucks, Trailers & Equipment New, Rebuilt & Used Truck Parts Since 1923 1016 South Wilson Way Mailing Address - P.O.
