Evergreen Environmental Services picked up all various chemicals behind outside cargo <br />container. Refer to attached manifest #6661457 and pictures. <br />#11. Cleaned all brake shavings on and around brake lathe as well as assigned the porter staff <br />to monitor and clean area throughout the day everyday. Moved workbench away from wall and <br />cleaned oil dispenser, floor and repaired slightly leaking oil filler gun. Cleaned area behind used oil <br />filter drums. See attached pictures. <br />#20. Added a 30 gallon drum for waste brake dust shavings and labeled drum. Relabeled 5 gallon drum <br />under brake lathe and is emptied daily into 30 gallon covered drum. Evergreen removed 30 gallons of <br />waste diesel fuel, refer to attached manifest tracking # 6661457. Evergreen drained the small amount of <br />gear or and hydraulic oil from the 55 gallon barrels. <br />#23. Labeled the 2 55 gallons drums with accumulation dates and verified all others have the correct <br />date labeled. All barrels are covered. Refer to pictures. <br />#25. Evergreen Environmental Services drained fluid from barrels (refer to attached invoice #623185) <br />and had all empty barrels hauled away by CBS Recyclers. See pictures and attached invoices. <br />#27.
