On 03/29/10 at 1303 hours, I was sent to 2629 Fast Waterloo Road space 38 in Stockton, San Joaquin County on a report by (RP) Sherlene PRINGLE that she had ongoing problems regarding damage to her drainage hose by her neighbors. I arrived on scene at 1320 hours and made contact with (RP) PRINGLE. STATEMENTOF RP SherlenePRINGLE: In speaking with (RP) PRINGLE, she states that she has had ongoing problems for approximately the past two years with the neighbors to the south of her, (W) Mary BROWNING. She states that (W) BROWNING's sons have continually "screwed" with her and she's fed up with her. She states that the most recent act is that they have cut her sewage septic line coming from her travel trailer to the septic pipe causing the sewage to spill out on the ground. She states that furthermore, the same subjects are continuously smoking marijuana next to her residence which is causing her to become very ill. After taking the statement from (RP) PRINGLE, I then checked her septic sewage line. I could not determine if the septic line had been cut, but it does appear that it became unfastened from the septic pipe. In addition, this appears to be a very old way of draining septic matter from a trailer and is probably updated to today's standards.
