<br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS
<br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint:
<br /> Complainant(c) alleges that in the dining room, bar and kitchen the roof is leaking, falling apart and there is asbestos
<br /> exposure. Kitchen sinks are backed up. The dishwasher is not working. Steam tables, refrigerator and freezers are not
<br /> working properly. The lobby and office area ceiling 1 roof is also falling in.
<br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS
<br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7;
<br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to publichealth
<br /> and have the potential to cause foodbome illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of
<br /> the food facility.

<br /> OBSERVATIONS: Only one sprayer of 2 in kitchen dishwasher is working. Dishwasher also leaks. Repair in 1 week.

<br /> OBSERVATIONS: Multiple locations of ceilings in state of disrepair, including water damage, cracks, peeling, bulging, stain
<br /> or moldy spots, and missing sections that exposes rafters behind (some the the timber appeared bo be damaged by water
<br /> also)at: the bar, bar service area, rec room, kitchen, liquor storage (kitchen), shuttle room, lobby, and entrance way. Clean
<br /> and remove mold, and repair to provide a non-absorbent and cleanable surface in 1 month.
<br /> CAL CODE DESCRIPTION: The walls/ceilings shall have durable, smooth, nonabsorbent, light-colored, and washable surfaces. All floor
<br /> surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent matorial that is easily
<br /> cleanable. Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas, except customer service areas and where food is stored in original
<br /> unopened containers. Food facilities shall be fully enclosed. All food facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair. (114143(d),
