<br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint:
<br /> COMPLAINANT ALLEGES THE KITCHEN IS DEPLORABLE, NO HOT WATER, UNABLE TO SANITIZE DISHES,
<br /> INSTRUCTED TO PREPARE EXPIRED FOOD. DRAINS OVERFLOW AT LEAST 3 INCHES OF WATER, HUGE HOLES
<br /> IN THE FLOOR FOR THE PAST 3 WEEKS. DUST FROM HAMMERING AT NIGHT IS GETTING ON DISHES AND ALL
<br /> SURFACES. COMPLAINANT STATES THE PROBLEMS ARE NOT BEING FIXED AND THE KITCHEN SHOULD BE
<br /> CLOSED DOWN.
<br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS
<br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7;
<br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health
