This potential <br /> contamination is represented by the presence of dark surface spotting and stains on the ground <br /> surface, and is classified as "Type 2 and Type 3 Contamination" as described in the April 22, <br /> 1994 Work Plan to Address Potentially Contaminated Soils pending your approval. <br /> Condor has described the areas of "surface stains and spills" in the enclosed Investigation Report <br /> # 2. Recommendations on how to proceed are included in the report.
