Mr_ Irey stated to Ms. FWkowsici on May 2.0 haat he has no <br /> authority to approve the plan, and that he will not do so. It is our goal to complete reclamation of the El Rancho Site, in accordance with <br /> all law, in a timely manner. We cannot understand the continuing involvement of Mr. Trey if he has no authority <br /> to participate.
