As I <br /> indicated to you earlier this week, on May 24th I met with Deputy <br /> District Attorney, David Irey and representatives from the <br /> Environmental Health Division. As a result of the meeting, I <br /> obtained clarification regarding the extent to which the site can <br /> be reclaimed. <br /> You are hereby authorized to commence reclamation in accordance <br /> with the above referenced Winter Stabilization and expanded Phase <br /> I Reclamation plans as amended. All work shall be done in <br /> conformance with all Federal, State and Local laws and <br /> regulations. Areas identified as having possible soil <br /> contamination shall be addressed as part of an approved hazardous <br /> materials work program.
