San Joaquin Street <br /> Stockton, CA 95202 <br /> Dear Mr. Wilson: <br /> SUBJECT: REFERRAL NOTICE <br /> During a recent inspection of Union Ice Company's facility, I observed about 60-70 containers of <br />'r hazardous materials/wastes, many of which could not be identified by the business representative <br /> and were not listed in the Chemical Inventory submitted to the County. A number of these <br /> containers were not closed or labeled, and a few were leaking. Some of the leaking containers <br /> were stored next to old containers of chromic acid, an oxidizer.
