Wilson Way, Stockton, CA <br /> Complaint#: C00027784 <br /> Complaint regarding hazardous electrical, exposed wires, and structures that need to be boarded <br /> and secured. <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) received the above referenced - <br /> complaint on February 25, 2008. The alleging conditions may be violations the San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code. If such conditions do exist, they must be abated within ten (10) days from the date <br /> of receipt of this letter. <br /> Failure to implement corrective action within the specified time period may result in legal action by the <br /> EHD. If legal action is necessary, you will be liable for enforcement costs as specified below. <br /> RECOVERY OF ENFORCEMENT COSTS <br /> Pursuant to San Joaquin County Ordinance Code § 8-5400(a), "The County shall be reimbursed for all <br /> time, services and materials needed to abate a violation of this division." The current approved EHD <br /> hourly rate used to compute the cost of time spent to investigate, document and abate a violation is <br /> $98.00 per hour. <br /> PERMITS <br /> Where structural, electrical, plumbing, or mechanical violations exist, appropriate permits must be <br /> obtained from the San Joaquin County Building Division (SJCBD) prior to rehabilitation.
