MALE 12/05/1947 60 No I Type Address city State HOME 4105 N WILSON WY � STOCKTON CALIFORNIA ZIP Code 95205 Phone Type Phone No MESSAGE (209) 986-1145 Narrative I DATEANDTIME RECORDED: 02/19/08 AT 1430 HOURS: 15 1 INITIAL RESPONSE: On 2119108 at 1416 hours I was dispatched to call (RP) Larry LAETARI by phone in regards to the 99 Speedway at 4105 North Wilson Way in Stockton. I spoke to (RP) Larry LAETARI who explained the following. (RP) LARRY LAETARI'sSTATE M ENT: (RP) Larry LAETARI explained that he was employed by the Property Owner of 99 Speedway at 4,105 North Wilson Way. The owner was identified as "Bob HONEYFIELD" however did not know the proper spelling. (RP) Larry LAETARI explained that since the Speedway had been °= closed--down repeated-people-h°ave been breaking-into�the=facility-and-ca-using-pr-opertyy-damage - and stealing miscellaneous items. (RP) Larry LAETARI had made the property owner aware of the situation. (RP) Larry LAETARI pointed out that in the last couple of days someone had cut alarge hole in the fence, at the back side Of the fence line along the west side of the property. He also pointed out that unknown (S)s have been breaking into the snack bar, the press box and announcer's booth. (RP) Larry LAETARI was concerned due to the fact that unknown thieves had torn apart electrical boxes. (RP) Larry LAETARI described there being exposed electrical lines "the size of your thumb" which were believed to be charged with "high voltage". (RP) Larry LAETARI was concerned that someone was going to be electrocuted if they went into the property. (RP) Larry LAETARI explained he has spoken to the owner of the property about the problem however the owner is doing nothing to resolve it. (RP) Larry LAETARI wished to remain anonymous however wanted to report the concerns to someone whom could possibly address the issues with the property owner. INVESTIGATION: i ;advised (RP) Larry LAETARI that I could write a report and investigate any property damage or theft that occurred, however he was not requesting that to be done. He advised the property owner was aware of the issues and should have and could have reported them if he wished. ACTIONSTAKEN: At the request of (RP) Larry LAETARI, please refer a copy of this report to the Sheriffs Department Abatement Unit for possible follow up through Code Enforcement and Environmental Health.
